All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.
Period Underwear that are unworn, unwashed or tried on over your clothing may be replaced if there is an issue with fit. Returned items will only be accepted for exchange/replacement if they are unworn, unwashed, or tried on over clothing and returned in its original packaging within 7 days of the original delivery date of your order. Customers will be bearing the delivery charges for both the returned item as well as the replaced or exchanged items.
We will not be responsible or accountable for items lost or stolen in transit. We suggest to use tracked delivery services while sending items back to us for exchange.
