Unworn, unwashed or the period underwear tried on over your clothing may be replaced if there is an issue with fit. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used.

Returned items will only be accepted for exchange/replacement if they are unworn, unwashed, or tried on over clothing and returned in its original packaging within 7 days of the original delivery date of your order.

Before we dispatch any order, we thoroughly inspect each product for any damage or defect and are also extra cautious to ensure that each order gets delivered accurately. Chances of you receiving a wrong order is relatively low. However, we do understand that sometimes things might go wrong. If this is the case, we need you to contact us as soon as possible. Call us or send us an email and we will ensure that your correct order reach you at an earliest. 

All of our Undergarment items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund. Due to hygienic nature of our products, we can not  accept returns for cash or bank refund. 

We will arrange for the pick up of the items you wish to return for an exchange/replacement. However,  you will be bearing the pickup and delivery charges for both the returned item as well as the replaced or exchanged items.

Returned items that are damaged, stained, or show visible signs of wear will not be accepted thus, making the returned items ineligible for exchange/replacement. 

We accept cancellations that are made within three hours of ordering. After this time, the order is out of the queue and can no longer be adjusted for any reason.

If your purchase of Period Underwear is eligible for return & exchange, then within 2 days from the delivery date of your order, the item must be returned.
